Shipping Policy

Prompt Shipping

Items in stock usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority. We bring orders to the Post Office each weekday at 4 PM. Orders need to be in by noon to be processed same day. We can ship via UPS with prior arrangement and will need a street address as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box.

Some items are specially ordered, custom made, or shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor; we will advise you of their estimated delivery if it should be longer than our standard shipping time.

Standard Shipping Rates

• Domestic orders totaling $100.00 or more....Free*
• Domestic orders totaling less than $100.00....$9.95
• Express delivery is available. Rates are calculated in checkout process.

*NOTE: Some items such as cupolas, very large sundials and weathervanes cannot be shipped via UPS or USPS. They ship via land based freight carriers. They do not qualify for Free Shipping and charges will apply. Free shipping only applies to the initial order and does not cover shipments made in exchange.

International Orders

Shipping for online international orders is not calculated at submission. We will contact you with a quotation. Our preferred method is USPS International as the rates are much better and often avoid import duties.

Store Pickup

If you are in the Sandwich area, please feel free to pick up your order in the store. Please call us beforehand so that we can be sure it is ready when you arrive.
